I'm Sam Rondot, the person behind the blog Running Addicted. I'm a French entrepreneur and I'm passionated about running. I started running since 12 years old and have covered 16 marathons (at the point of writing).

I enjoy running and the exhausted feeling I have after a long run. I always follow one rule: I try to do my best and run until I can’t. This makes me feel that I can do anything. I know you have that feeling, too. Running has taught me that I am capable of so much more than I have ever imagined.

I didn't think much of this blog when I was just starting out; I just wanted to create a space for myself and anyone else who loves running. But now I'm dying to create a site that is the leading authority on running and is helpful for everybody.

Running Addicted is a blog that helps runners in many ways. I try to make things easier for my fellow runners. Here you’ll find a whole lot of information, from helpful tips and advice to the best gear for running. My mission is not to make you the fastest runner, but the most inspired runner.

Running Addicted was founded in 2016 with a very simple vision:
